Get Involved

We’re preparing to challenge an entrenched captive market and disrupt their established system. This will be an intense process, but we’re excited and confident in our strategy. However, we can’t do this alone—we need your help. Here are some ways you can contribute:

Words of Caution

While we appreciate your efforts, your compelling stories, and the overwhelming response we’ve received so far, we want to ensure that if these VC syndicates target anyone, it’s us—not you. Here are some suggestions to protect yourself:

Handle Legal Issues Carefully

  • If you become aware of illegal activities, do not send us or anyone else messages about them.
  • Instead, speak with your personal attorney first (not your company’s attorney).
  • Your personal attorney is legally and ethically obligated to keep your communications confidential and can discuss your options, including whistleblower statute protections.

Be Strategic with Social Media

  • Never make public claims against VC syndicates based on hearsay or without supporting evidence.
  • Keep any critical feedback focused on the VC syndicates themselves, not on your customer facilities.

Maintain Professionalism

  • Remember that everything is recorded and saved these days—don’t give them ammunition to use against you later.
  • Keep a cool head and resist sending angry emails or voicing frustrations unprofessionally when interacting with VC syndicate customer service representatives.

How You Can Help

Document Everything

  • If you experience delays or are blocked from entering a hospital, take pictures and detailed notes.
  • Record examples of inoperable check-in kiosks, unresponsive customer service requests, erroneous credential denials, and anything else that hinders your ability to provide clinical support, service your accounts, or grow your business.

Spread the Word

  • Share our story and website with your friends and colleagues.

Identify Key Decision Makers

  • Find out who the main point person is at your facility—the person who makes decisions about and interacts with their local VC syndicate.

Build Support Networks

  • Share your experiences with surgeon customers, nurses, PAs, and office teams.
  • Start building a list of potential champions who will support us when we approach the hospital.
